ELITE SPEED AND STRENGTH SUMMER PROGRAM FOR BOYS AND GIRLS
By Prime Time Sports Training (PTST)
ALL Of our 30 Performance Coaches are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists by NSCA
Speed-Strength-Technique--- Mind set
This is a critical time of year for the serious athlete to fine tune his or her skills and separate themselves from the pack.
The reason:
One of the hardest challenges we encounter with our student athletes at PTST is time; time to train. In the course of the school year we always stress: grades and family first and training second. Our specialty comes last, why? We are the best at what we do in helping the student athlete reach their goal and then assisting them in college placement. We are responsible and ethical about our training on and off the field. We know we can get all of our athletes 40 yard dash times lower than any other training group while also teaching and perfecting their mechanics and overall strength and agility. If they do not maintain outstanding grades and moral fiber... all the work we do can become obsolete. If an athlete does not maintain outstanding academic standards, it does not matter how great we are at doing our job, especially when it comes time to call coaches of the athlete's choice and help in the recruiting process. So in dealing with the regular school year, time becomes our greatest challenge.

We hold no prisoners when it comes to summer training. We have basically two months to cram in a year's worth of elite coaching and mentoring. Intense and complete training must be done without burning the athlete out physically and/or mentally. Thankfully we have been doing this for many years and have perfected our program through constant specific analysis with over 500 athletes going on to playing the sport of their choice in college. In addition, we do comprehensive evaluations to identify possible risk areas in the athlete for potential injury. Our staff maintains the highest degree of certifications for all the training staff, in addition to having physical therapists monitor the athlete's progress and specifically tailor sessions to address inherent weakness' in the athlete's body.

Our comprehensive specific summer Program starts out with a commitment and the understanding of what is expected of PSTS, the athlete, and the athlete's family. We expect a 100% agreement and understanding of the goals and expectations and if agreement is not achieved, the athlete should seek out another training service as our program may be too much for this person. We deliver more than expected and constantly strive to maintain the best training available anywhere.
Some of the things that we will focus on:
Positive Visual Imagery
Position specific training
Relaxed breathing techniques
Hip/thigh Flexors
Thigh Extensors
Hamstrings
Abductors
Adductors
Core stability
Dorsal toe flexors
Transverse abdominals
Arm Swings
Skipping and bounding drills
Opposite hand/foot coordination and agility drills
Knee drive
We ask for a minimum of three hours a week from the day we start to the day they break for camp. Punctuality is paramount! Athletes will be given homework over the course of training and we expect it to be completed and documented. We expect our athletes to have a clean and healthy lifestyle on and off the field. Proper nutrition will also be stressed. We ask our athletes to lead by example and motivate their training partners, and to communicate with the trainer. Typical schedule, rain or shine,

is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Mondays are reserved for private sessions, Wednesday's and Friday's are group sessions of no more than 5 athletes per professional certified trainer. Evaluations will be handed out at the end of the month by a regional representative from PTST. We are not the US Marines... it is not our job to scream and yell, attempting to break down the athlete and motivate them to perform. We truly care about our kids and take our service extremely serious, that's why we are strict with our guidelines. You the parents are making an investment in your children and their athletic future. It is our responsibility to make sure that investment yields the highest return.
Things recommended to begin realizing your true potential and starting your program: Pick your group extremely carefully and wisely. What we mean by that is that if you bring in a friend to train in your group and he or she is not serious about training it could hold you back on your training and development. Choose serious athletes with similar goals and aspirations, not necessarily your best friends. Coast of the program is $25 a session. We will be holding training in Boca Raton and Jupiter. Email us your contact info and you will be contacted
for college showcases and training times.
